Information for out-of-network clients

Premier Counseling PLLC is happy to work with out of network clients. We offer the option of self pay for these clients and can provide you with a "super bill" (summary of services) that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if you choose.

Due to rising costs as well as costs associated with ongoing training I am unable to offer sliding scale fees at this time.

What are the benefits of self pay?

  • Confidentiality

    • Your treatment is strictly between you and your provider​ and leaves the insurance companies out.

  • Length of stay​

    • You determine the length or your treatment or number of sessions​.

  • Treatment decisions​

    • All decisions are strictly yours and not influenced by your insurance company​.

  • Case by case sliding scale​

    • When using insurance you may be subject to copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.​

    • Self-pay affords you and your provider the ability to determine a reasonable fee for services based on your own individual financial situation.
