  We are looking to add either one Full Time or two Part Time Licensed Clinical Therapists at our Naperville office. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, and team oriented therapist to grow within and organization that takes a client-focused approach.


This is an independent contractor position. While each therapist can expect to receive referrals generated by the practice, it is the responsibility of the therapist to participate in their own marketing. The expectation is that the company and the therapist will work together so that the therapist can obtain and maintain either a full-time caseload of 20+ clients per week, or a part-time caseload of 10+ clients per week.


The ideal candidate is willing to work some evenings during the week as well as one weekend day, but will have the autonomy to create their own schedule.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD etc)

  • Experience with a variety of populations and clinical issues, particularly: trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harm, Anxiety Disorders, grief/loss & life transitions

  • Commitment to using a trauma-informed approach

  • One or more of the following:

    • EMDR, CPT, IFS or other trauma-related psychotherapy

    • CCTP

    • Couples Training

    • Experience with and willingness to work with both adolescents and adults

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and desire to continue to grow clinical knowledge & skills
